Simply Great system
I have been looking for an easy to use and setup system for some time looked at many via Youtube and came across SimpliSafe so thought I would give it try and YES its simple to set-up and use installing extra sensors was a breeze just need to put up the out side siren box ( don't have any ladders ) but once that's done its all complete the app was easy to down load and works extremely well I can check on my house from any where I opted for the monitoring service so piece of mind , Give it a try you want be disappointed .

Nice product hopeless customer service
Product setup very nicely is very easy to install and works well. However I had a problem with the base station which stopped working completely, contacted their customer service over a period of two weeks before times promised to replace front base station instead they sent out two new power supplies and after numerous telephone calls and emails finally sent out a base station. Wouldn't recommend the product based on such poor service

Purchased in the Black Friday deal, and for the price it’s perfect. Easy to use and set up, the alarm box outside is pretty loud also flashes red which is great for making people aware it’s there.
