These are great to clip onto lightning cables to convert the to C. Worked perfectly and saved me swapping charging cables.

nice little adaptor works fantastic and the little securing tether holds on to the adaptor and cable very well so it doesn't come loose from the main cable and get lost

Didn’t work for what I needed
This says it works for data, but for my application of taking a USB-C lavalier mic and hoping to get it to work with a lightning equipped iPhone, it didn’t work. It does work for charging. I’m not sure these are being advertised honestly with that inclusion of “data”, maybe what I tried to do is outside the realm of data transfer but the point is, if you’re looking to convert USB-C to Lightning for the purpose of an external device—like a microphone, this didn’t work for me.

This is a great uncomplicated device that turned my iphone 12 (with older lightning cord ) into the newer more compatible usb-c cord-simple design and easy to use!!

Did not work for me
I purchased this adapter to use a microphone with my iPhone for recording my YouTube videos. This adapter did not work with the microphone that I purchased. I don't know if it's the adapter or if the issue is the microphone. But I do know that when I plug the microphone into my Samsung phone, it reads the microphone perfectly. But when I use this adapter to plug the microphone into the USB c side so that I can use the lightning side to plug into my iPhone, it will not read my microphone.Therefore , I do not recommend this product
