Can you upload the racing information to a computer? Is a cord included?

Hi Kelli. Unfortunately the S149 Stopwatch Printer does not have the capability to upload into the computer. The systems you might want to look into are the Sprint 8 or Time Machine. Hope that helps!

What's the return policy on this item if it doesn't work?

You have to check with the place that you are purchasing from.

I am curious as to whether or not you can replace the printer ribbon/cartridge in the Seiko S149. Anybody know what item number that might be?

Hi Wendy, no ribbon nor cartridge is needed as this machine works exactly same as a thermal fax machine whereby you just need to replace the thermal paper.

Does this come with Paper?

It came with a starter roll. I recommend purchasing paper, because there is not much on the starter roll. Paper is fairly inexpensive.
