Hella H1 Standard Halogen Bulb, 12 V, 55W

It fits and was not expensive. I don't know how long it will last though.

I absolutely 💯 LOVE this halogen bulb!! It saved me from getting a traffic violation. It solved my broken headlight problem 🙂

This light bulb costs $20 at auto zone... this was $6! Arrived not broken and works as it should. Will definitely order again

When I buy a bulb, I tend to favor life over the trendy colors people are putting in there these days. A good, bright, white light is all you need, and that's what these Hella bulbs give you. My previous bulbs were a set of Osram Night Breakers. While, much to the dismay of the other drivers on the road, these bulbs were extremely bright I discovered about 8 months later that the brightness came at the cost of longevity. One of them burned out in less than a year of occasional use, so I came to Hella for a less extreme bulb. So far these are working great. The color is crisp and white, and the brightness, while it does not reach the level of the Osrams, is more than sufficient. On closer inspection, the bulbs look well built. In the picture of the CR-V, the right light is the Hella, and the left is the Osram. You can see that the color is the same.

These are reasonably priced, and if you drive and leave the lights on all the time you may go through them faster. It would be best to turn the headlights off when you park your car, and turn them on only at night. The lights stay on all of the time, however when you start to move you may notice your lights come on, and be a bit dim until you turn the light switch to the on position, in other words when off they do not burn at full power...

Girlfriend's New Beetle's low beam headlight burned out a couple of days ago, so I nabbed two of these on here hoping to get them quickly. (Might I add, I'm very pleased with Amazon on the shipping, ended up getting it a day earlier than I should have, I have Prime). Anyways, put them in, and wow, what a difference from the previous bulbs in there. Previously I had been looking into an HID upgrade kit for her car just to get some decent light out in front of the car (No worries, they are projector housings, no way would I run HID's in reflectors, I'm not scum of the driving world :D ), well no longer am I going to bother. I put these in, readjusted the headlights a bit up and now the road in front of the car is incredibly well lit. I can't comment on longevity, as I just put these in earlier today, but should anything go abnormally wrong with them, I'll come back and update this review. Honestly though, for the 3 bucks a bulb I paid, I'll be perfectly pleased with them if they last a year, beyond that I'll be enthralled.

Does the job

Como puse en el encabezado, los compré en oferta a un precio cercano al 50% son buenos focos automotrices, no muy luminosos es decir son normales, luz cálida y eso sí muy duraderos, los compré para distintos autos (Peugeot y Honda), siguen sin dar fallas y ya casi cumplen un año de uso, si vuelve a estar en oferta los compraré si dudarlo.

I purchased it to replace a bulb on my Tizio lamp. Fits perfectly and working fine. Took a few weeks to be delivered though. Went by regular mail.
