I love this little mat. No more knee pain, and it’s useful for hands as well while doing planks. It is sufficiently thick. If you place it on top of your yoga mat, it’s exactly the cushion that you need.

Needed knee pad for yoga. This one is just right. Not too thick or hard. Non-slip, rolls neatly and protects my knees when doing floor work. Fits perfectly atop yoga mat.

Really like this cushion. I do yoga/Pilates everyday and this is a life saver for my knees. Doesn't slid around when placed on top of my regular yoga mat. Arrived rolled, but I laid it flat and it doesn't have any memory, so it doesn't curl. No weird smell from the foam. I would recommend this product.
