Those were designed as feminine pads, but for a guy you need full coverage all the way around and this true pouch makes a huge difference. I have tried so many different pads and this one is the only one that gives me full confidence at work and play. Other reviews that say they leak are because they are using them as a diaper. These are good for light incontinence, drips, and minor leaks.

I don't wear these every day, so haven't needed to buy these in a while, so this is the first shipment I've seen composed of bags of 10, rather than the bags of 20 I was used to. I couldn't be more thrilled that Seni has gotten away from individually wrapping each pad in plastic. It's not only wasteful and environmentally horrifying, it also makes them noisy to use I a public restroom. Good for you, Seni! Unwrapping dozens of pads before putting them in my drawer (and then in my draws) was getting to be a drag. My one warning is that these do not arrive in discreet boxes. These clearly say what's inside for all the world to see. Not a problem for me but many will find that to be a problem.

So much better than a 2 dimensional pad, where urine just runs off to the side.
