Rollability: Perfectly smooth rolling in any direction tilted or not. Travelability: Fit perfectly in overhead bins, nobody questioned its size as a carry-on with our airline. Scratch resistance: I feel like the gray color helps hide any scratches. We used it for 2 flights and I don't see any damage at all. We checked a bag but found we could put so much in these we didn't need to. Expansion capability: This doesn't really have any expanding because it's designed to be the exact size. Zipper quality: Zipper seems smooth, We didn't do any stuffing the case where there was strain on it but it didn't have any issues. It felt really good quality all around.
