Review: It is a good figure for transformers fans of different ages - I have no complaints about the figure except that the tail does not transform. The tail could easily be lost but other than that the figure feels fine and is good in both modes. In the beast mode it can be difficult to align the head so it can look strange.
Review: Beast Wars II needs more love - Snagged because I know the anime series he's from. We already got Lio Convoy and now Tasmanian Kid. Actually a great mold and fun little fig. Now I await to see more Apache, Big Horn, Diver, Scuba, and the rest. We have Skywarp from Magnaboss but redo and have Santon and LioJunior and able to combine and make Magnaboss would be awesome.

I'm not a huge Transformers expert, but it'd be great if Hasbro & Takara/Tomy focused on more characters from the lesser known animated series. Instead of the standard Megatron and Optimus. This figure is ok, it is small but fhas pretty good robot and beast modes. But what sets it apart is it's uniqueness. If you like the character or just want some variety in your collection or child's toys - this is worth picking up. Because you likely won't see any other versions of Tasmanian Kid anytime soon.
