Poor Quality and Service-Support
Apeears to be of poor quality. The product is not functioning properly. Even at 25%-30% of the rated load, the inverter is raising overload alarm.

worst inverter due to this my new battery damged
This inverter is the worst it keeps charging your battery. Even when charging stops, it will keep continuing to charge your inverter battery at 15.6 V DC, which is wrong. Ideally, when the battery is charging at that time, it should be charged at 14.2-14.6 V and after the charging stops, only your battery voltage should come. 13.1 V, but this inverter keeps charging. I need to top up my battery water every week due to overcharging.
