Great value for money, they work just fine. Small tablets easy to use.

I selected this specific dosage of Vitamin D3/K2 as I already take a standard multivitamin, and it's not recommended to exceed 4000 IU of Vitamin D per day unless instructed by a Doctor. As such, this is the perfect dose to take alongside my regular multivitamin to get a Vitamin D boost, whilst remaining under that recommended limit. The K2 aids in absorption so it is a nice "double whammy". Priced reasonably for a whole year's supply, and the tablets are very small (about the size of a single sweetcorn or pea) and easy to swallow - nothing like most supplements/vitamins which can often be massive! Obviously I cannot attest to the chemical makeup of the tablet, however I have been taking them daily throughout the grey UK winter as the NHS advises, and have had no issues with energy.

Good value for a 1 year supply

WeightWorld don't offer this size (2000IU) tablet in Vitamin D form in their UK catalogue - I wish they did. In fact, it's difficult to find this measure of D3 in any product in the UK. However, thanks to Amazon, you can get the Spanish version! For a year's supply, this represents very good value for money. Despite being small, they can be a little difficult to swallow as they sometimes get lost in your mouth!

La combinazione D3 + K2 è pratica per chi ha già deciso di assumere entrambe e vuole evitare due confezioni separate. Una compressa al giorno rende l’assunzione molto semplice e il flacone dura parecchio. Prima di acquistare, però, considero molto più importante leggere la quantità effettiva di vitamina D3 e K2 per dose che lasciarsi guidare semplicemente dalle scritte frontali. La vitamina D, in particolare, non è un integratore in cui penso abbia senso scegliere automaticamente il dosaggio più alto disponibile. Non utilizzerei nemmeno una recensione Amazon per attribuire al prodotto sensazioni come più energia o maggiore benessere, perché sarebbero estremamente difficili da collegare all’integrazione. Come prodotto valuto quindi soprattutto chiarezza dell’etichetta, praticità e rapporto quantità/prezzo. Formato interessante se il dosaggio corrisponde realmente alle proprie necessità.

K2 D3. Buena combinación de vitaminas. La vitamina K2 es fundamental para dirigir (como haría un arquitecto), el calcio metabólico ("ladrillos") en dirección correcta a los huesos. Sin ese "director", el calcio irá a todas partes indiscriminadamente (incluso a las arterias) haciendolas rígidas con el consiguiente peligro cardiovascular. La vitamina D3 activa la osteocalcina en los huesos, para que el calcio (los ladrillos de esa construcción) se dirijan a los huesos gracias al "arquitecto" ( la vitamina K2), y puedan penetrar en los huesos. Ambas vitaminas forman una "simbiosis" (porque una necesita a la otra y viceversa). Llevo tomándolo hace mucho tiempo. En realidad yo no tomo ambas vitaminas por necesidad (sino por precaución como mi médica me aconsejó). La vitamina K2 (¿recuerdas el producto tan famoso - y tan apestoso - llamado "Natto"?) pues el Natto es el alimento que más vitamina K2 tiene del mundo. Mucha cantidad de pastillas y a muy buen precio mucha calidad del producto y las pastillas son súper pequeñitas y muy fáciles de tragar y no tienen sabor. Recomiendo este producto.

Prima kleine tabletjes met goede dosering van D3 en K2. De vitamine K2 is overigens van hoge kwaliteit - afgaande op het etiket. Alltrans is de natuurlijke en biologische actieve vorm. Dat is belangrijk want anders kan je lichaam er niet zoveel mee. Verder is MK 7 een actievere en voor het lichaam meer praktische vorm dan MK-4. Zo blijft MK-7 veel langer in je bloed aanwezig (tot 72 uur) dan de variant MK-4 (1 a 2 uur) en heb je er veel minder van nodig. Neem wel de tabletjes in bij een maaltijd die wat vet bevat of neem het bijvoorbeeld gelijktijdig in met visoliecapsules. Dit omdat zowel D3 als K2 vetoplosbaar zijn en dit supplement in tablet vorm wordt aangeboden en niet in een olie bevattende capsulevorm.
