As a backdrop crossbar, it can hold up backdrop fabric & backdrop paper. You may need some clamps to help.

Will this properly accommodate a 10-foot wide backdrop? i plan to order neewer 10 x 12ft pro photo studio premium polyester collapsible backdrops

Is this sturdier than the impact crossbar which threads together in the middle? the one i have bows at the middle with heavy muslin?

I have two, one that has 4 pieces and threads together and pro telescopic. I feel that the pro telescopic is sturdier. I use the pro telescopic for larger heavier items.
