Moving up in the sublimation world from an Epson 8550 to THIS! The machine is everything a starting sublimation person needs to get business up and running. I was nervous about spending the $ for this machine, would it work, and set up. They offer amazing support and everything was set up super fast and easy with their tech support. Machine works great and I am excited to get to printing more products.

I purchased the MZK L1800 in March 2024. I really hate to put a negative review but here goes. I have worked on this machine more than I have printed on it. It is always something. I have spent countless hours on the WhatsApp with the people in China, I believe, trying to fix the color, or too much ink, etc. I have stayed up to wee hours in the morning and then going to work. I replaced the print head ($250) about 2 months ago and now they want me to replace it again. It will solve all my problems, they said. Half the time the white does not print on the back of my projects. I have never went to print that I did not have to prime the waste tank or pull ink out of the dampers to make it print. It does not print the right colors half the time. This has been a pure headache. They do try to help but they can't seem to solve my problems. I have asked for another machine since I got it but they won't even discuss it. Please please please give this a lot of thought before you put $2500 into this product. This machine was a small investment for me to work from my home and like I said, you spend more time working on it than you do printing. Hope this helps anyone who is pondering on whether to purchase or not. (I do guess it is possible that I just got a defect, but it should be made right)

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this So I can print images on shirts and Hats. The shipping was fast for the printer it got here a week early but the Ink did not get here till the date stated on the site. So I waited a week to put in ink. So the software did not like My PC, I could not get it to open up, I contacted Tech Support and they got it installed But I still did not have my ink yet. I shut down the program and then tried again to open but back to same problem. So I had a extra PC and set it up as a stand alone for this printer. Leaving virus and microsoft protection Off, Nothing to steel from it anyway. Then I got Tech support again for this PC and Daisy was there to help me this time. She had the software installed and the printer up and running in 1 hour, That includes Me putting the ink in after the software was installed. She was great she knows what she is doing and it was easy for me to follow along as she did it. The printer sometimes will give me a paper jam fault and does not want to clear but I turn it off and back on and it resets not sure about that or the cause. Could be when I cut the film I mite pull to hard on it causing it to think it jammed not sure yet. But I did read alot of reviews and yes went with this unit because of the tech support. I know there in china and there is a time differance. But I am home and thats not a problem. Again They keep there word and are there to help. I did not want to pay alot more and then have the same problems without good support. The only thing that would make this even better is more information on the Film that is shipped with the printer as well as good support. Is it hot peel or cold there is information on the powder as to pressing heat & time. But nothing if hot or cold peel. Either way I am very happy with my choice and Thank the tech's I had both times. Again Daisy is Great and albert relly tried hard the first time but it could of been my PC giving all the problems that time. I know he did not give up untill he got it installed but as soon as my virus protection kicked in it locked it up again. So yes Still happy and its working now. I have had up and downs with this printer for the past year, BUT I must say the tech support is great, I've dealt with Jack, Phebe, Albert and Daisy and they are all very pleasant and have helped me so much. This printer prints beautiful transfers and soft feeling on shirts and bright colors also. USE THEIR INK!!! it does make a difference!!! Thank you for all of your help !!!

I was tired of buying transfers already made, I wanted to be able to print my own, resize them how I needed them, and not have to wait for shipping. I was sooo nervous to make such a huge purchase at first, but I am Soooo glad that I have! This machine was pretty simple to set up, if you can follow videos (pause/restart), your good to go, was a breeze!I only had a few minor hiccups but I got intouch with customer service and they were very helpful! Jack Especially!!! I can't thank him enough foe all the help and tips!Get your feet wet. I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!

I am really satisfied with this product, but not only from the printer, but the customer service is amazing. They’re always there to support you great customer service when having problems or issues with the printer.

I purchased this Printer less than a month ago and every time I try to print something; it doesn't print correctly and now it will not print at all. Trying to get a hold of someone with Support is ridiculous because you don't have a number you can call. You can only communicate through the WhatsApp to get support. I would not recommend buying this printer. I am now out $3k for a printer that doesn't even work.
