Read up on this supplement moths ago and finally got it. I don't have real issues with blood sugar but know it can spike and has run in my family. I especially liked the fact it may help me to lose a little weight. As you get older weight just seems to accumulate. I have used it for a week and hoping it makes a difference

I was taking the shot but my insurance stopped covering it because I’m not a diabetic… YET!!! It runs in my family and I definitely struggle with insulin resistance. Well after I had to abruptly stop taking the shot I gained 30lbs back that I lost. For 6 months I have been on a regimen of eating healthy and working out not losing a pound… I asked a Dr and she recommended berberine because I said I would not spend that kind of money on the shot! So it’s now been 3 weeks I have been taking it as recommended and I am down 8 lbs my inflammation is gone and I no longer deal with joint pain. I eat a moderately low carb diet and mainly Whole Foods but a lot of processed. I am beyond ecstatic to be feeling like I did when I was on the shot… regulate not bloated full of energy and thinner!!

Much cheaper and stronger than competitors. I only take one per day to double how long it lasts. They don't taste great but that's just in the nature of the supplement, just swallow it quickly. Doesn't hurt my stomach at all. Gives me more energy and makes me less hungry in general, and they're good to take in the morning or at night.

The Berberine started working the 3rd day in . My glucose went from 170 to 120 . Something important I want to add is that you need to lower your carbohydrate intake, stay away from processed foods , take in more protein , and exercise .

DO not waste your money if you're trying to take this because of blood sugar. Absolutely ineffective and I'm not even sure how much berberine there is in this. Says 97% but if that was the case why is my husband's blood sugar still increasing? With his old brand it lowered his sugars.

I didn't know this when I bought the product, but berberine can cause alkaline liver, which is not good. Be sure you can take this before you start.
