I like to pick a day of the week so I always know when it is time to give the dose. What this is really is a syringe of oily liquid you can put in the top part of canned food and give it easily that way. There are other options but I find that my cat Fuzzy Sage loves this mixed into her Fancy Feast food. After the first dose I noticed Sage started grooming herself again. This helps our cat so much, but some of the lots are "bad." While she normally takes it easily, when Lot LF306 came, in two different purchases, she refused and ran from it. We threw them out. When the lots are "good" she takes them easily and can jump up onto the couch again.
