Careful, don't lose. **Q: Why is it coloured aqua? Surely if it’s OM4 it should be purple?** A: Don't know why colour is aqua, but is bi-directional and 10Gbs **Q: Can the ends be unclipped and swapped over?. We have some installations where we need to swap rx and tx on one end?** A: No, the ends on these are fixed / sealed and cannot be swapped around. Easy *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2023* Have always avoided diy fibre in the past. Needed a 200m run which previously was covered using 3 lengths of Ethernet and Poe repeaters. The repeaters kept failing so I took the plunge. Needed to find out which fibre to Ethernet converter was needed and the cady and ordered it. With great trepidation my son and I pulled it through the conduit that the cat6 cable was in. Pulling was a lot easier than Ethernet even though I had convinced myself I had damaged it with a kink. Plugged it in. Lights came on. Ethernet registered. Speed test , we’ll that’s the problem… how do you test a 10gbit cable when the switches at each end are 1gbit.In summary. It worked. It was cheaper than the cat6 option when you factored in the need for Poe and repeaters. It’s fast. It was more robust than I had imagined.
