POWERbreathe Wellness Plus

I suffer from the early stages of c.o.p.d., after 50 years of asthma. I work at maintaining a reasonable level of fitness. I run with my local running club. During the five years of running, I am still slow and remain in the beginner's group because my breathing will not let me progress further. I have used this tool and have quickly progressed. I have now moved up to the medium strength powerbreathe, I cannot at the moment say whether it has improved my running ability or not. Let's be practical, after 50 years of asthma and about 5 years of c.o.p.d. their is a long time of damage to be overcome. I am however pleased that I have been able to make progress with the powerbreathe exercises themselves.

There's no English instructions with the product, looks like Spanish only, but it's registered in the UK?

This is amazing .I have been diagnosed as having copd and I use it twice a day and it already is having an effect . If anybody is like me and has copd you really have to try it .

I have a serious asthma condition and this machine is definitely helping me to breathe better and to clear material from my lungs. I would recommend it to anyone with asthma. It is easy to use and very well constructed.

This product is excellent-just what I wanted.I suffer from COPD and sometimes get pneumonia because the bottom part of my lungs don't clear properly,but this product helps you to inhale properly and use the correct muscles.A good explanatory dvd included

I wasn't that impress with this.I didn't find the instruction very good and the mouth piece keeps falling off. I wish I'd sent it back.

Bought this for my dad who has COPD has only been using it for a week but so far so good? His GP was all for it so fingers crossed we will see results soon!

Bought for my mother with OPCD...only just picked this up so haven't had feedback yet.
