Flexelent Squat Wedge Block Pair, Calf Stretcher Slant Board for Squats, Calf Raise Block, Anti-Slip Heel Elevated Squat Wedge, ATG Equipment, 17° Incline, 3.5x5.9x12.2, Backpack Included

It’s slightly more expensive but it’s stable and sticky on the floor

Really good product. You can go deeper into the squat using this. Helps you also with the form.

I’ve been looking for squat wedges to help me reach a good depth and to help me stay in a more upright position while in the squat. The Flexent wedges are the ones that called out to me with the pop in color and overall design. Once they came in, I was very impressed with how sturdy they felt, considering how lightweight they are. It’s good to know that elevating the heels during squats can help to alleviate tightness in the calves and ankles, which I believe allowed me to achieve a deeper squat with better form. These wedges also help target the quads and glutes more effectively, which is great as I am focusing on building those quad muscles. #gainsThe lightweight, portable design of the Flexent wedges makes them easy to incorporate into your routine at the gym, at home, or wherever you do your fitness (they even come with a bag).Overall, these wedges are a smart investment for anyone looking to enhance their exercise experience, to ensure that you are hitting the depth that you want, to build up your quad muscles, and to achieve even better results. No lie, you need these in your routine!

Muy resistentes pero se resbalan los tenis al comenzar a usarlas.
