Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

TL/DR: 1st pc was a dud, my son cried Christmas morning, I did too. Can’t replace , you have to return & repurchase. Refund will take 14-30 days. The protection plan doesn’t transfer over to the new exact same pc, I have to again cancel and replace. The new pc works but I probably would not recommend based off of all the hoops I have/had to jump thru. For the Readers: The first one I received wouldn’t power one. The fan went ”urht” for half a second and that was it. My son has been asking for a desktop for 2 years and when I finally got it, it was a bust. My son cried a very little bc “that was the only gift I wanted and it’s not working” So I cried myself to sleep on Christmas. Will try to update when I get the replacement one🤞🏽 UPDATE: I couldn’t do a replacement for the pc, I had to return and repurchase the new computer, which I get but got d@mn!!!. I already paid $700 now I have to spend another $700 to fix a “not my fault” issue. I mailed the broke one back once I received the new one but the earliest I would get my refund is 14 days, WTH. The protection plan I bought for the pc can’t be transferred over either, so I have to cancel that one and then repurchase it for the new computer (FYI: I repurchased the exact same pc not a diff brand, not a different style, the same exact one but I have more hoops to go thru) The replacement computer turned on 🙌🏽 and my son has been playing it non stop. He is gaming with his buddies and doing his school work with no issues. The PC connected to the WiFi smoothly, it transferred files great. Everything was wonderful! I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.5. The hassle to get here was unnecessary and I have to wait till earliest Jan 14 for the $700 refund to hit my account. Pssst, the cowboy hats that I also return when I returned the broke pc took less than 14 hours for the refund/money to hit my acct… but I get it..I guess.

My son loved this gift great quality and I purchased this item 3 years ago and my son is still using it!!!

So far so good, I bought this machine as i wanted to get into PC gaming. While the proc is not the newest it’s still pretty good. Ive had this machine for about 4 days now and seems to be working quite well. Initially i did have a no display issue which I was able to resolve myself by reseating the video card and RAM and everything is working flawlessly. Been using SteamVR and purchased Expedition 33 and that runs flawlessly as well. A nice future friendly budget gaming PC. **Update** Ive had this PC for 3 months now, and still like it alot. In fact, I may be purchasing another one of these to use as a dedicated Plex media server as my old imac is about on its last leg with Plex. Ive not had any issues with the machine and seems to handle things ive thrown at it quite well. I have upgraded the memory and maxed it out to 32 GB and also added an additional 1 TB drive to it. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself last year. Upon arrival, my RGB lights inside do not work and have never done so. I am a full-time student and gamer. I have had ZERO issues with this PC. I recently encountered an issue while playing Arc Raiders, where my graphics card is not sufficient, but the game still runs flawlessly. If you are like me and don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a gaming PC, this is a great place to start and build up later.

5/16/24 THE SCREEN ADAPTOR ON THE PC IS GOING OUT NOW, I CHECK THE MONITOR WITH AN XBOX ITS FINE, I USED MULTIPLE HDMI VORDS, THEY ARE FINE. THE PC IS LITERALLY DIEING. WTF. IM PISSED 5/15/24 SAME DAY UPDATE! THE POWER BOX OR WHATEVER THE CORD PLUGS INTO THE COMPUTER IS NOW FAILING. UPDATE:LED LIGHTS ARE NO LONGER WORKING EITHER. THEY BUILT A PIECE OF TRASH PC THAT DONT EVEN LAST A YEAR. I SWEAR. DO JOT BUY. YOU WILL WASTE MONEY. UPDATE: I NOW HAVE TO REPLACE MOTHERBOARD AND THE I7 IS NOT ACTUALLY I7, ITS I5. SO SAYS THE COMPUTER CHECK FOR AN ONLINE JOB. ARISE.COM ,ive been with this job before and i was trying to go back to it, job requires i7 or better. The computer check stated it was an i5 and that its not compatible. Yes this pc is very accurate and even a computer tech says its i5. So it was double checked. First the computer wouldn't read my internet properly so had to download some sort of wifi connect, then in-between a few more problems I had to go to support for, now I have a recurring reboot mood screen coming on everything it starts up, have to fix that everyday, have to reconnect the Ethernet cable everyday because it doesn't want to read it/hold it, will not load up games as well as it used too(not an internet issue, it's the processor) and now when ever I do a work test (work from online) it reads off as an Intel i6, not i7.

It works really well love being able to have two screens up. Well worth the price
