Pleasantly surprised
Bought this for my daughter (in her 30s) for Christmas and she adores it. It is a somewhat stiff type of leather. It looks much nicer in person than I was expecting.

Price doesn’t reflect durability
The letter C fell off and because I ordered from Amazon I have to take it to the nearest Coach store and pay to have it repaired. I’ve been quoted between $70 and $180. Guess how long that repair will take!? Six to eight weeks! For an item that I’ve had barely a month. I’m not a happy customer.

La mochila tiene buen tamaño, bonito color y los materiales se ven de buena calidad. Biene en una bolsa transparente bien embalada para que la mochila no se deforme. Parece que si es original Coach.
