We stored/drained after each use as directed. I'm hoping we just got a "lemon" on our first one, otherwise, the hose is awesome! The seller was very quick to send a replacement and the hose is guaranteed for 1 year, so bonus. I love that it shrinks back down to compact size. I keep mine stored in a large outdoor pot when not in use as I am one of those people that does not like things laying around, and not put away in their place. The pressure/flow of water is good too, good enough to wash off dried flower petals off he concrete patio, however, if you are looking for it to have the same pressure as a rubber hose, then you will be disappointed; it's not that. ### ⭐ The Beast disappoints *by S***H on December 3, 2017* It broke the instant I turned the water on. ### ⭐ Burst in first 6 weeks *by K***R on July 5, 2017* This product literally burst after only a month of use. The inner expandable part of the hose snapped within the fabric sleeve. I can't recommend ordering this product.
