Works! Just need to install correctly! First, the silicone (squishy) part points down into the bowl. Second, the tines on your whipping hook need to be aligned perfectly. Two of the tines are larger & the other two are smaller. If your hook is out of alignment, this will help put it back! It took me less than 5 seconds to install. So happy to be able to clean the tines without losing time or product. Also, the edge of the device has the same curvature as my 5 qt bowl, so it doubles as a bowl scaper.

This works as it should. Very sturdy piece. It takes a bit to get it on the first time....

I had problems with the product originally but the seller not only refunded me, he sent me a new on with a whisk already attached so I could see how it is supposed to work. This time, the Whisk Wiper did not hit my bowl and I believe that my original whisk is actually slightly bent from years of use, which was also why I had such a hard time even getting the wiper on in the first place. Its not bent so badly that you would look at it and say "oh its bent" but it was enough to skew the placement of the wiper, causing the issue I had originally. The seller went above and beyond and I really appreciate this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was excited to find this product. Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations at all it was kind of tough to put on and then when I started whisking my egg whites, it hit the sides of my bowl, breaking off pieces of the wiper and making my eggs full of bits of silicone and obviously unusable. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it right after I bought it and now the return window is now closed :( if you do decide that try it test it out right away!!

Wish I would have kept the box to return. Very stiff and hard to get on beater. If you can get it off, the whisk is clean but then you have to clean the batter off the shield. Wasted my money

Works well. A little hard to get on & off though.

It's a tight fit! Make sure you get whisk portions in the right slot.

We used it to make cake from scratch and it was great in getting most (98%) of the cream off.

Great idea but makes it hard to use mixer while on. It blocks most of the bowl mine is the stainless steel) so you have to stop mixer and lift wise to add ingredients. Not the end of the world but part of what I love about the mixers that you can add as it goes.
