"Achieve impressive, professional quality results "Extremely easy to set up, use, and maintain". I agree with their billing, except I have no experience of maintaining it yet. What impressed me about the printer was the almost non existant warm up time, and the throughput speed. I have a large colour laser and now this monochrome workhorse. It is quite beefy and looks "professional" it can be slipped under a desk and still be easily operated with front loading of paper, and the paper coming out flat on top.I am delighted with the purchase, a replacement for a now ailing workhorse that never had a replacement drum in 5 years, just new toner.

The product arrived very quickly and was everything as advertised. It was very simple to set up and is perfect for a small office.

Its a faff to get it to print at times
For some printing you have to press a button on the printer to get it to work which is ok if it's next to you but not if it is in another room. Tried changing the settings but nothing works.

Might be ok when I get it....
We've got another of these at work which I bought from another supplier. Amazon may be cheaper but I wasn't warned when ordering it that it would take 3 weeks to be despatched - so what was the point of paying for express delivery??Amazon aren't very customer focussed when it comes to delivery, be warned.
