Works wonderfully, I was surprised to learn that mullein has so many uses. Taken 2-3x’s per day. I originally bought for respiratory/lung health to help with breathing since I’m a daily vape user; it has helped my breathing tremendously, making inhaling feel so smooth, as if I jogged daily, which I don’t lol. It has become an addition to my routine for heart health as well; I can tell a difference in blood flow with less swelling in my feet and tosies. The redness and dryness I get on my right foot from being on my feet all day at work has vanished. A surprising benefit has been the roots of my hair, my scalp doesn’t feel as dry! It says it’s really good to digestion and stomach health but I take other supplements for that so I’m not sure in what way it is helping but it definitely hasn’t worked against my digestive health routine. Though it doesn’t taste bad, the only thing I don’t care for is how sweet it is. Will definitely be buying again!!

I was very skeptical at first. However, I used this 3x a day for a month or so and I've seen a noticeable difference in mucus build up and my breathing. This should not be used as a supplement for medication but it was a great addition to a daily routine. Also I assumed this would taste awful based on the look, however, it tastes like raisons.

Pros Effectiveness – This works. You will clear your lungs and improve your breathing if you follow the directions accordingly. The ingredients are potent. Breathing – Your breathing will improve; for me it took about 10–20 minutes to kick in. I use this every day. Mucus Relief – I noticed a solid decrease of about 70–90 percent. You will feel completely different, and for the better, after taking this. Ease of Use – Easy. At first I measured the drops, but after using it for a while you can just approximate. The color looks like and tastes like unsweetened root beer. The smell is mild. Cons Value for the Money – It is expensive, but it works so well that I’ve purchased it twice. Would I buy this again? I have, and I will probably continue to do so.

This stuff works for me! I no longer cough like crazy every day, and it didn’t take long for me to notice that I had stopped coughing. When I do notice I’m coughing, it’s usually because I forgot to take it. Once I do take it, my coughing subsides. I started out taking it three times a day, but now I just have it once daily, and it’s still working. YAY!!

GOOD TASTE, WORKS GOOD, BUT BEWARE OF THE FACT THAT IT CONTAINS LICORICE ROOT, AND LICORICE ROOT CAN RAISE BLOOD PRESSURE....I RECENTLY WENT TO MY DOCTOR AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS VERY HIGH....I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT COULD CAUSE THAT SO I STARTED DOING RESEARCH ON MY SUPPLEMENTS AND IT WAS THEN I REALIZE THAT THIS MULLEIN PREPARATION HAS LICORICE ROOT WHICH I FOUND OUT CAN CAUSE ELEVATED BLOOD PRESSURE AND CAN ALSO CAN INTERFERE WITH BLOOD PRESSURE LOWERING DRUGS....NOW I JUST ORDERED 2 EXTRA BOTTLES OF THIS MULLEIN AND CAN'T USE THEM. I WISH THIS PARTICULAR BRAND WOULD NOT PUT LICORICE ROOT IN THEIR PREPARATION

I decided to try the extract after seeing other people using it for a common ailment. I do one good dropper (20-25 drops) in a drink, 2x a day. Even dropping on my tongue tasted a lot like honey. Wasn't disgusting. Started with just a couple drops for a couple days and increased to be sure I wasn't allergic or anything. Less coughing and mucus/phlegm is coming up easier. As with most anything, they advise talk to Dr first.
