Had to order three times before I received my sink in tact. Had I been able to pivot I would have selected another option. My counters had been templated, cut, and installed. So I found myself in the position where I would have to keep ordering sinks until I received one not broken.The return process is very inconvenient and cumbersome due to the large size and weight. In top of this you have to wait until the shipper receives package for your return to be processed. With two damaged sinks that means I had $1050 spent and out there in the universe for a $350 sink.
