POE Camera System

this is a cracking system, easy to install and works really well, it is literally plug and play the hardest part is running the cables, the only negative part is the cables are wound to small a coil making them a pain to unwind but i cannot mark them down for this as it is an excellent product .

I recently purchased this product and have been using it for about six months now. Overall, I've found it to be a good value for the money. However, I did encounter a minor issue in the cameras during the spring rainy season. Fortunately, Eva from the customer service was incredibly helpful and supportive in resolving the issue promptly. Edit: I had to come back and correct what I said after using it for a few months. I was able to turn off the night vision black and white and keep a low level normal vision. The user interface is not very friendly and so options you'd hope were a simple button press have to be arranged using less than obvious means. To do that you go to Main Menu / Alarm / Siren Light Alarm select ALL channels and press Enable. Then go to Night vision Mode and select colour. APPLY. Then go back to Enable and turn it off. APPLY. that's it. After a few months and learning the little workarounds - I absolutely love this system. ---- This CCTV package is excellent - but not perfect. There are some big issues that I have discovered only after installation. The DVR itself is easy to use and, being "plug and play", it doesn't take much to get it going. Put the cables in and you're off to the races. By far, the hardest thing about installing CCTV isn't the box its the cameras. Its entirely up to you how to you do it - but chances are, unless you live in a single room, you're going to need much longer ethernet cables. I have a small one bed bungalow and it barely was long enough - it was enough though. Invest in longer ethernet cables if you have a big place. The Operating System isn't very sophisticated. It does its job but is prone to freezing when left viewing one feed for example. After you've set it up the way you want, it can sometimes forget the settings you put on and so you have to keep an eye on that. However, the biggest issue I have is the Infrared switching from day to night. [See edit at start] My place is very well lit and so a camera can see more when left with low-light colour settings than anything a IR camera can see. *THERE IS NOW WAY OF TURNING THIS OFF* As soon as the camera decides it dark, it turns on the IR. This is a disaster if you're using these through a window. I checked online and there is now way to turn this off. Very disappointing. All that said, I like the cameras and system and - for the price - its an excellent way to protect yourself

Arrived quickly. Very easy to set up, although I already had four cameras up and running from my old system. My old cameras were compatible, so I left them where they were and am now able to have a total of eight cameras in and around my property. The system was very easy to set up to my preferences and is, I think good value for money. I have tried several different cameras and they all appear to work fine, even down to a tiny "spy" cam that is only 1/4 inch across includig the IR leds. I can thouroughly recommend this kit.

Very disappointed of this sistem as is very temperamental the WiFi connection or lan connection is absolutely useless so most off the time you will have offline cameras even though you’re internet connection works spot on,pretty useless I would not recommend them

Excellent product for the price, after a few weeks of use 2 cameras suffered from condensation on the inside & another had the same problem but seemed to clear before i contacted Cathy at customer services. She explained that if the third camera showed signs of condensation in there experience it could happen again so sent 3 x new cameras post free. Extremely fast and professional company.
