Is this device safety tested and accredited by UK law?

Not sure if accredited under law however as an ambulance worker, that would barely delay me 2 seconds getting someone out of a car. However, if involved in an accident and a passerby was to help try and remove someone from a burning car for example, that would be a different story altogether and this device would put the passenger at risk.

In the event of a collision or accident is this product safe for quick release of belt? I like the idea but am concerned about getting a child out.

I would imagine difficult to release in a panic state after an accident.

I'm not sure but has proven adaptable as fits all set belts that I've tried
