**Q: How durable are they? I prefer running and plyo in bare feet would these hold up where shoes are required?**
A: Running outside, no. Plyo yes. They would NOT hold up where shoes are required. They are very comfortable and do have a rubber sole but they are not stable enough for running.

**Q: I am between a woman's size 8 and 8.5. Would you recommend a snug fit or loose?**
A: I think the snug fit is great. I were the same size as you and bought a medium. They are so comfortable in my opinion

**Q: Is size 6.. Small or medium?**
A: Small 5.5 - 6.5, Medium 7-8. Large 9.5 - 10.5, XLarge 11 - 12.  Ludington is fully stocked and ships same business day.

**Q: can i wear these with socks?**
A: Yes I wear them with no shoe socks sometimes.
