I purchased this item on April 9, 2025. It remained in the box for 10 months until construction was completed. When installed it worked for two (2) days, and then failed. The pump was obviously working as you could see water flowing over the freezing plate, but it did not refrigerated so as to make the product useless. NO ICE. Because the call for warranty service was made on May 9, 2026, was told no warranty, no replacement. Product looks good, and if you only need two days of ice, get it. Not so good for the long run.

It produces clear and perfectly-shaped ice cubes in a matter of minutes. The intuitive control panel allows for easy operation, and the built-in storage bin ensures I always have ice on hand.

This machine was very inexpensive and I got what I paid for. The installation was easy. However, the lack of insulation is problematic. The ice does not stay frozen. Bummer. Also, the control panel is overly simplistic and doesn't allow for any modification of ice production. The only way to adjust ice making is to turn the machine off and restart. The only up side to this is that I now have the plumbing/drain installed for the new ice machine I will have to buy. My recommendation is to not purchase this ice machine.
