We have been using this product for 5 months. We are very pleased with it. No leaks. The PH was too low with original mineralization so we ad an Ipsring alkaline filter to it. We originally looked for a product that is capable to filter out the most things. We live in an area that is polluted with PFOA and some battery factory are also nearby. This product has an advanced carbon filter also and osmosis, so I can only hope it filter out all the things that are harmful. We use this water also for cooking.

AVOID. These RO systems have issues with the plastic injection molding on the manifold and they LEAK. Ours leak for a month before we were able to find the source of the leak. The last thing we checked was the brand new RO system since it didn't leak all the time, only when backflushing. Caused mold and floor damage in out kitchen. Customer service rep was really good and we received a replacement, BUT that one also leaked! Same issue. So this company has Quality Control issues and poor testing and manufacturing controls.

It was not easy to install, but the water tastes amazing. It was worth all the effort and time trying to figure out how everything gets put together.. the directions are misleading and oversimplifying the process for sure. It is also leaking but we can’t figure out where from🙁

There’s a too much water leakage from the bottom of the chassis. I called the Aquasana customer service, had a video call with them to look into the issue and they replaced the chassis with a new one. Even that started leaking a lot of water. I just put a tray under the chassis to collect water and living with this solution. The faucet was ever hard to install and I am in no position to buy another brand and do everything all over again. One good thing about this is, the water taste is amazing. Water tasted so so good that I feel like drinking a lot.

This unit has a manufacturing defect that causes it to leak from the seams of the filter housing. Judging by the frequency of reviews reporting major leakage, it would appear there is a flaw in the manufacturing process itself. Is Aquasana knowingly selling these defective units to the public? I haven't been able to talk to any actual humans at Aquasana, leading me to believe this might just be the case! Perhaps all the leaking units are just an unfortunate series of flukes, and their customer service will offer a suitable resolution to the problem....if they ever get back to me. As of now, I cannot and do not recommend anyone else buy this product!

We bought this system as a gift for my mother-in-law and have not heard any negative remarks about it only positives. Her water smells and tastes better. The system was also easy to install. I recommend!

It was little time consuming to install, but the installation steps were pretty straight forward. All connectors fit right and do not see any leak (it is only a month now. If it changes i will certainly reduce the rating). Water dispensing rate is very good. Only one thing i wish it is identified in the specs. That is, for every 1 L good water 3L of bad water will be flushed out in the drain. For drinking water it is not a huge waste, but it should be called out in the specification.

Poured water all over my kitchen. Water is coming out of the pressure relief valve inside the tap. Defective. Will be returning.
