It is 11 1/2 x 5” at the widest part. I use it to take off tight English riding boots and it works fine.

No, it doesn’t have any rubber but It does have a wider base than many other bootjacks, which seems to help prevent slipping.

Yes it is appears to be real leather. Not real thick leather but leather. Works good for me, wood is smooth with no sharp edges.

Does it work on tight boots? Hard to pull off boots

Absolutely.... my cowboy boots fit pretty tight and I just stand on the back with one foot and hook the other heel and lift up my foot and it slides right out .... I love mine!
