Great machine
As a mature lady, I need any extra activity I can get! This is great for lymphatic system, joints and this crackling knees!! It's easy on the joints but you can definitely feel that you've had a "workout". Also good for focused body part pain relief and movement!

Instruction booklet needs improvement but great product
Only used for a few days so far, but I really enjoy it. I do arm exercises with weights while I am jiggling. My only complaint is the instruction booklet… some of the exercises outlined do not match up with the illustrations & many words misspelled and misused. It seems to be a great quality!

I love this machine! My husband is quite a big man, and it holds up to him. Just 10 minutes a day has made a difference in how I feel. Helps with my back pain and circulation.

Rattled!
Did not like this vibration plate. Felt like it was going to rattle the teeth out of my head, even on low settings. Too violent of a vibration plate for me.
