Yes, these earphones only allow 2 Bluetooth connections at a time, you'll need to shut off a third paired device so you can bounce over to use that other device.

My headsets are not charging when plugged in, what can I do?

This will sound obvious.. However try a different cord and power brick, also verify that you've inserted the usb-c connecter and it's seated firmly and completly into the jack. If that does not work you may have a DOA headset, call their tech support for an RMA help and to warranty the headset if necessary. Hope that helps.
