Disgusting but… healthy?
Tastes absolutely disgusting, but maybe the benefits are worth it… still waiting to see them- 3 weeks in.

Excellent product
This is a really high-quality product. Many of them out there are NOT. I was so glad to have found this one that I can trust to be pure and not harmful in the long-run. I was a bit hesitant as to what the taste would be like, but honestly, it isn't bad at all, and, for being Cod Liver Oil, I'm surprised that I can easily take it without anything else, and the little bit of taste disappears within a minute or so. The lemon juice in it really makes a huge difference and not hard to take. I suppose there may be someone who is extra sensitive to the flavor, but I think most people won't mind it at all. I highly recommend this product.

In today's world everyone is vying to be the new "guru" of health. We have been following Dr. Mercola for decades, and any advice or product coming from him has been spot on. Believe it or not I bought this cod liver oil for my small dog, who was having choking problems when she ate. Our vet suggested cod liver oil and said to make sure it's best quality and not just veterinary grade. I added it to a little applesauce and in less than a day she was noticeably improved. Dr. Mercola is the first place I go when there is a family health issue - including pets!
