For the price, this product is really good to add to the indoor exercise space. It is firm, and pretty comfortable. It absorbs dumbbell shock and noise quite well, although I wouldn’t encourage to intentionally drop heavy weights. The pieces align very well too.

After using this mat for a week .. I'm really impressed. The first thing I noticed was how soft and cushioned the premium EVA foam... it's super comfortable for all my floor workouts. The mat feels incredibly stable, and the anti-skid texture keeps me from slipping,It also feels really durable and shockproof, so I'm not worried about it wearing out quickly. I love that it was so easy to put together; I could even add more tiles to make the workout area bigger. For the price, it feels like an excellent value.

This is a very useful, compact and light mat for general use, such as exercises with weight, yoga etc., at Home. Easy to assemble. Very soft and provides decent cushioning support to your legs while standing and to your back while lying down. Some negative points initially are, it's slippery both on exercise surface and on the vitrified flooring. Because it's new, it has slight smell of the material used (EVA foam). Rest of the things are as promised.

The mat is of good quality. It is good for exercise. It is worth buying, I would recommend this to everyone. You can easily join the mat and divide it, so simple to arrange.

The mat is sturdy but the different sides do not match exactly so it is not possible to align the pieces into a bigger mat, which is what I needed it for.

Bahut hi comfortable mattress hai. Quality premium feel hoti hai aur body ko perfect support deta hai. Back pain me bhi kaafi relief mila. Foam bilkul sahi density ka hai, na zyada soft na hard. Delivery time par ho gayi aur packing bhi achhi thi. Overall paisa-vasool product — definitely recommend karta/ karti hoon

The product is very good. But has some defects attached pics. So giving only 3 stars. Otherwise its an awesome product. I don't want to return or exchange it. I thought of keeping it. Would have given a 5 star if no defect was there. Truly, Meganadha Reddy K

Quality wise it's good, it's thick, non slippery and has a pattern over it which makes it comfortable to walk on, though I am using as an insulator over marble flooring and it completes it's work.

The size is much smaller in real life. No trims came only the 4 tiny mats. DONT BUY!

I would say adequate. The size is not 61x61, more of 50x50..had a very bad smell once opened I had to get them fanned and ventilated for a long time to get the stink out of it. Also they just sent the tiles without the borders so beware.
