There are a couple of things I don't like which I will discuss first. The bins are a specific size to fit this rack. Bins from other companies like Hart will not fit. They are to tall. Once you have the bins loaded up, the rack sag just a little which makes it harder to slide the bins out as there is less clearance then when they are empty and the rack isn't bowing. The bins themselves though very strong are not well designed. The bottom inside is not flat and kinda makes it a pain to neatly stack things like dvd's/Blu Rays. I ordered 4 more bins separately from this order and they were never shipped. Order was just cancelled so I am trying again. The good. None of these things are deal breakers. It's the nature for plastics to sag, I can deal with the non flat bin bottoms and the tops do snap on tight. Once together the system is pretty solid and looks great. My Fed Ex delivery person must kick my packages off of his truck resulting in one broken lid which the vendor replaced within 72 hours! It also had all pieces connected by plastic so no chance of a missing part. Brilliant!! The bins are nice and thick, great quality!! My sister bought a set after seeing how fantastic they are.
