The packaging was very clean and professional. The KVM box is very small tidy piece of great finish. Seems to be genuine Ugreen product although seller is not Ugreen themselves. I purchased this because I wanted USB KVM except the HDMI/DP because performant video KVMs are very costly and the ones available in market will limit you to only 60Hz refresh rate, which is very poor if you have a gaming monitor. Another reason I chose this was it comes with small remote control using which you can quickly switch the computer. I have tucked that remote under the table to avoid clutter. Having said that, this KVM just works. I have connected it to two computers via USB cable and KVM takes about 2 seconds to switch, which could have been faster but it is somewhat acceptable. The KVM finish is premium. I definitely liked it and do not have any buyers remorse. PS: I have not tested any other devices except keyboard and mouse. It completely fulfils my purpose of tiny and premium USB KVM.

Great product

It works as expected and from previous reviews was a bit hesistant for wireless components, but it works like a charm. The only issue I am faciong is that the type C port disconnects my wired headphones for some reason. Altough this happens only on laptop and works fine on PC, so not sure if its the device's issue or laptop's. The extended swtich provided is excellent to hide away all the mess and leave just the single button exposed. Would definitely recommend!

Very solid built, impressed by the quality first i was hesitatant hearing the brand name but it is top notch cheaper options available but this brings more ports especially type c port and 3.0 usb plus the handy switch button is easy you can dump whole wire mess and hide it and just have a button on your desk neat!

I bought it to use it as a hub for my Mac, but this don't allow u to do data transfer and the hdml also output only 60fps and the audio jack also causes some issues some times mainly the charging speed is tooo low... So this will not be a suitable choice for mac, not sure about windows laptop or desktop.

It is working perfectly for my Windows Laptop and Linux Server simultaneously. Good Product Quality.

Product doet wat het moet. Ik ervaar geen vertraging. Met één knop kies je gewoon welk kanaal gebruikt moet worden. Blij om 2 pc's te kunnen gebruiken met 1 toetsenbord en muis.

Great KVM. Used it to replace a KVM that died (it lasted 9 years). Was simple to setup the Ugreen, wife was able to put lots of devices on it. Supports modern USB options. Wish it supported powered USB devices but for a low cost- it is great.

This switch has made my life a lot easier for my work and personal devices. I can switch my mouse and keyboard to another device with a click of a button. I have not had any performance issues, or issues with the wiring.

Utilizzo questo KVM per condividere mouse, tastiera, microfono e soundbar (collegata tramite AUX–USB-C) tra il mio desktop fisso e il dock del MacBook. Si configura in un attimo e permette di passare da una postazione all’altra semplicemente con un pulsante dedicato, separato dal corpo principale del KVM: una scelta davvero intelligente che consente di nascondere l’unità sotto la scrivania e tenere solo il controllo a portata di mano. Un piccolo dettaglio da tenere a mente: se entrambi i dispositivi collegati non forniscono alimentazione da spenti, il KVM non memorizza l’ultimo ingresso selezionato e, all’accensione, parte sempre dallo slot 1. Per aggirare la cosa, ho collegato a quella porta la postazione che uso più spesso, così non devo pensarci più di tanto. Dopo oltre sei mesi di utilizzo quotidiano, tutto funziona ancora alla perfezione. Ottimi anche i materiali: solido, ben costruito e con una scocca in metallo. Una rarità per prodotti di questo tipo!
