Good product overall
Overall, this is a good product and I would purchase again. So here's the full story. I'm using 3 of these in 1 Arduino project as a replacement for my original DHT22's. Making this change required adding a 4.7K pull-up resister to the circuit board. In addition, the DS18B20 required that I change temp sensor libraries. The DS18B220 requires that you use the DallasTemperature library, but that's readily available so o no problem there either. Be aware that the resisters shipped with this product are 47K. resisters. But the DS18B20 requires a 4.7K resister. Duh, stupid me. I blindly use the resisters that shipped with it and had problems. Once I replaced them with the proper 4.7K resister, the problems went away. The Good: 1) Running 3 sensors, all next to each other, are at most 0.75 of a degree F of each other. That's within the stated spec. But they usually do better that with the norm being only 0.25 of a degree variation. 2) I like the ling WATER PROOD cable. Ideal for outdoor use. 3) Excellent temperature range. Way better than even the DHT22. The Bad: 1) They're sloooow. To read 3 temp sensors in one pass on different channels can take up to 2 seconds. DHT22's are much faster. 2) You may need to modify your circuit board to add the 4.7k resister that the DHT22 does not need. 3) The special device library is not compatible with the more standard DHT sensor library, so you will need to code accordingly. Overall, this sensor works good and has it's place.

Accurate and dependable
Have used these to monitor temperature at various places around the house. Have them wired into an Arduino Mega board with a 3.5 inch TFT display. Been online for 3 years now.

Throw away the resistor that it comes with :)
These come with the wrong resistor, but otherwise they are accurate. I've compared them to another thermometer I have. Throw away the resistor that it comes with because it's not the right size. I forget right now what size to use, but I think there is another review that tells the size.

Good Sensors, but wrong resistors
They sensors themselves work well. However, they did not come with 4.7k resistors as described; they came with 5.7 ohm resistors. Fortunately, I had some 4.7k and was able to get them working, but be cautious and check them before using.

Excellent temperature probes
These work great!

They work and the resistors are correct
This is more about the product supplied than the working of the product. As for the DS18B20s, I purchased 10 and all work and were accurate and within .5 degrees F of each other. What I saw most complaints about were the resistors that came with the sensors. I figured that if what I got was incorrect I would sub in my own and dock them a star for not supplying the correct ones. So when I got mine I checked both boxes and found both sets of resistors to be the same and to NOT be marked as 4.7k, as other had commented on. I didn't understand how this could be so wrong for everyone so I did a little investigation. The resistors that came with the ds18b20 temp sensors were marked (Brown, Brown, Black, Violet, Yellow). A resistor marked as such is a 5-band precision resistor with a value of (1.1 Gigaohms) and a +/- 4% tolerance. Band 1 (Brown): 1 (First Significant Digit) Band 2 (Brown): 1 (Second Significant Digit) Band 3 (Black): 0 (Third Significant Digit) Band 4 (Purple/Violet): 10 Meg ohm (Multiplier) Band 5 (Yellow): +/- 4% (Tolerance) THIS IS NOT A NORMAL RESISTOR. Need to test to find the value. ============================================ They should have been: A 4.7 kฮฉ (4,700 ohm) resistor is typically marked with four color bands: yellow, violet, red, and gold. The bands represent: Yellow: 4 (First digit) Violet: 7 (Second digit) Red: (Multiplier) Gold: (Tolerance) 5% On surface-mount (SMD) resistors, it is often marked as 472 or 4k7. Key Details: Resistance: 4,700 Color Pattern: Yellow-Violet-Red-Gold Alternative Markings: 472 (SMD), 4k7 (labeled) Common Use: 1/4 Watt, 5% tolerance ============================================ HOWEVER A military-grade 4.7k resistor is typically marked with a 5-band or 6-band color code for high precision (1% or less) and includes a special reliability band to indicate failure rate. The standard color sequence for 4.7 k ohm is Yellow-Violet-Black-Brown-Brown (or Yellow-Violet-Red-Gold for 4-band 5% tolerance, though less common in military). Key Military Marking Characteristics: Color Bands (5-Band): Yellow: 4 (1st significant digit) Violet: 7 (2nd significant digit) Black: 0 (3rd significant digit) Brown: 10 (Multiplier) Brown: +/- 1%(Tolerance) Regardless, I tested the resistors and found them to be 4.7 kiloohms, just as needed and described.

Wrong resistors included
The temp sensors seem fine and read accurately. However, the listing says they include 4.7K resistors but the pack I received had 4.7 ohms resistors. That led to several hours of frustration and time wasted to try and get them working with the wrong resistor.

Good sensor, wrong resistor
Was trying to make it work with Raspberry Pi, not able to see sensor connected. After multiple try, found that supplied resistor were 10M instead of 10K. Swapped to 10K and it's perfect now.
