Perfect use for hardwood flooring!

I was installing 3/8" engineered hard wood and it kept slipping. Marring some of the pieces. Great tool for thicker pieces, do not recommend for anything thinner than 1/2". Maybe if they got rid of the bevel.

This tool is solid. It popped up as an Amazon suggestion after I looked at flooring material. This jack seemed like a useful tool, and the price was reasonable, so I added it to my cart without studying all the details of the device. When it arrived I was shocked at the size and weight of the tool. It is much larger than I had expected. The welds won’t win any prizes for their beauty, but this tool is heavy duty. It was a good purchase.

Ive been installing floors for 20 0kus years and never thought I needed these.. now I use these on every hardwood, engineered wood, LVP and even used ilrhen installing tongue and groove subfloor.. over a year later ive only had one issue where one of tge springs that allow ypu to ratchet broke but as long as I hold the bolt while I ratchet it still works.. highly recommend goof quality for the ptoce

Heavy duty jacks that make installation of your last few rows where you have to nail by had or face nail the boards easier. Quickly adjustable to help drive the tongue into the groove when you can’t drive it with your nailer.

We just finished installing 390 sq/ft or hardwood and this jack was a game saver in a few places. The room is not a regular square or rectangle so we had many walls where the jack was used to push a board tight. The jack is very sturdy and I was able to put a lot of pressure on the handle without damage.

Installing wide plank flooring was such a pain until I got this. Now my boards go together beautifully. I screw a 2x4 into the floor to use this to push off of and it works perfectly.

Does an excellent job! Highly recommend. But be careful not to drop it! I took it out of the box and the first thing that came to my mind is: this thing can do heavy damage if I drop it on my new hard floors or simply walk into it while it’s laying around. This equipment is made of heavy steel and has very sharp edges. Luckily no accident, but if you drop it, it would certainly ruin your hardwood floor. There are no cushions underneath so I always inserted a piece of cardboard underneath while using it. A bit pricy, but when you are done, and it looks good, it is worth every penny.

This tool made installing my hardwood floors a lot easier. It’s solid, well built, and gives you the leverage you need to pull boards tight without struggling. The mechanism feels strong, and it definitely saves time compared to using a pry bar. One thing to watch out for — if you crank it too hard, it can actually push enough pressure to bend or mark the drywall. You really don’t need to go overboard with it; a little tension is usually enough to get the boards snug.
