This helped me fall asleep for awhile, and then I seemed to build a tolerance to it (like so many things). I am using Swanson's Sleep Essentials now, with far better results. I also found these tablets had a very unpleasant odor. The liquid worked better for me, but is more expensive, by far.

I've had sleeping problems off and on for years, and this is one of the best products I've found.They help you fall asleep, STAY asleep, and don't give you a hangover/feeling woozy the next day.Easy to swallow, and no nasty after taste.Highly recommended!
