Great fire pit and even better customer service
I chose this because it had everything I was looking for. When it arrived, I noticed a few issues, scratched paint and a sharp edge. After contacting the company about what I had discovered, they immediately asked what they could do to make me happy. They wanted my input to help them make a good quality product. In an era where we consumers pay more and get even less, it was refreshing they wanted to make things right. They asked if I wanted a new one or did I want a refund. I only wanted to make them aware of the situation so they didn’t put out another questionable product. I have a background with repairing metal things and knew I could correct things myself so I decided I was satisfied with just keeping the fire pit. They sent me another message that they would refund my money none the less. This company seemed genuinely concerned to sell a quality product and their customer service was second to none. I will definable do business with them again and again. If your looking for a fire pit then look no further than right here. It looks good and has great functionality. It.should last a few years, even as often as I have a fire. I hope you enjoy it as much as I will

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Fire Pit!!! We love cooking over a fire. We also love to sit around the fire. Great price and seems to be well made.

Sturdy ring, made well.
It did have a small dent in the ring, but we were able to pop it out enough. Good size but need to set it up on bricks so haven't used it yet, but will update if a issue. Also wish the ash pot didn't just lay on floor.

Versitile
This has several nice features for your outside BBQ meals. Easy to assemble and use.

Arrived damaged, substandard materials
Don't expect it to last beyond one season. When the unit arrived, the external box was in good shape but internally the pieces were damaged. The main fire pit hole with the animal shapes in it had puncture holes in it we're part of the interior packaging broke free. The metal is cheap and thin. The threading of the screws is substandard and cheap. It is definitely value priced and the product reflects it's cheaper price. The bottom is so thin that I suspect it will rot out within 6 months. Some of the welded nuts had slag inside the threads that could not even be used
