First time having one of these. Installation was not quite as easy as the video and description makes it seem but not insurmountable. We have had this a little over a week. Capacity is good for us, have not run the tank empty in a single day yet. Fills and 8 ounce glass in about 5 seconds. The water tastes great. We tested water contaminants before and after filtration and are pleased to say the system is removing about 95% of our water contaminates. Better than our Zero water pitcher. We have not experienced any leaks or issues yet. This is a great value for the money.

We made this purchase on July 17 only to discover that the system manifold has been leaking water steadily for the past 8 days beneath our sink. The unit itself seems to work great in terms of the water it puts out. I will change this review to five stars if we're able to resolve this issue with the vendor in a timely way. Update: Aquasana was responsive and got us a new replacement part for the system manifold within a week. However, that part was also defective in exactly the same way. I've used their two filter product before and that was great. This product; however, apparently needs some quality assurance work. I would personally not recommend buying this product until the company makes it clear this particular part reliably works. Our under sink area was flooded with a small amount of water every day for an entire week before we noticed an issue, and by that time mold had set in. If you do get this unit, place a large casserole dish or similar below the system manifold and check after installing to see if it's working correctly.

We really love AquaSana with reverse osmosis. Works perfectly, simple to install & tucks in nicely under sink. Just make sure to follow directions, use drops of bleach in tank & flush filters before use. There’s a video in YouTube that simplifies everything. Filters are long lasting & simple to change out. Love the faucet color options also. Water is neutral & tastes great! Highly recommend.

We bought this for our rv because no matter how much we cleaned the tank it didn't taste right. We even have 2 filters that the water goes thru coming into the rv. Our house had an expensive RO system that gave great water so our hopes weren't high. However we bought this and put it in and the water is SO much better. It's small and fits under the sink in the rv and it doesn't take up too much room. It was also a great price and well worth it. It is a little loud while it's filling the small tank back up but I'm so excited about the taste of the water I don't care.

Night and day difference - the water tastes so much better. I don't even like using my tap water for a quick rinse anymore because of how strong the smell of chlorine is. Easy installation with very little prior plumbing experience. Updating for internal housing leak that started about 5 months after installation. Woke up to a kitchen floor full of water. Customer service was good, sent new housing immediately. They did charge me for shipping. Seems to be a common problem with the unit

I live in the country and live off not the greatest well water. However with this filter it's now the cleanest freshest water! Better than bottled water. Totally worth the cost and then some

Removed my old system and replaced with this one. Installation was simple and straight forward. After installation I turned on the water supply and kept an eye on the fittings and connections for leaks, I did not see any. A little while later I went downstairs to do some laundry an noticed water coming through the ceiling. Went back upstairs looked at the system again and did not see any leaks.......until I lifted the filter housing and water was pouring out the bottom. So internally it is cracked or has a bad seal. Now I have a wet basement, kitchen, and no longer have my old system. Off to the store to buy Bottled water....

It is an outstanding product. It is of hugest quality. I found out about it through a test and consumer report. It was the best product with a tank to remove all the contaminants out of the water. It dose that. The water is very good tasting and clean. The flow is fast. The set up was easy. It works outstanding. It doesn’t take up much space and there is no leaks. I am so happy with this product and I can’t recommend it enough. Excellent purchase
