(but improved contrast makes screen look brighter, so it’s not all bad) I expected this to help cut down on fingerprints, which it does well, but I didn’t expect it to perfectly hide existing screen scratches. My 2016 XC90 was bought used and it seemed that the previous owner used the screen to file her 10” acrylic nails... After installing this protector, the screen looks brand new. No joke, not a single scratch is visible. Another side effect is that the contrast seems to be vastly improved, likely because the scratches aren’t visible to dull the screen contents. The only downside is that the reflections are a little more pronounced with this protector installed but it’s a worthwhile trade off. Installation wise, I don’t know what the 1-star reviewers are talking about. This is one of the easiest to install screens I hav ever used... just do the following and you’ll be gold: 1) wipe fingerprints off the screen with a microfiber cloth 2) follow up with the “wiping paper” cloth, included, and let dry. 3) check for dust and remove from screen with some masking tape. 4) attach suction cup to top of protector 5) remove backing from protector, holding only by edges 6) holding suction cup, align protector with bottom of the screen and start laying it down from the bottom, working your way up and rubbing side to side with your finger, until you reach the top. If you see dust or a bubble, STOP, pull the suction cup to back up, and remove the dust with the included stickers, then resume. Easy. Note that if you are installing the rear screen protector for the climate controls, it’s much easier to do so by climbing in the back seat! The included tools worked just fine for me, but I did use masking tape, a pick tool, (to help lift the corner once to remove dust) and a larger microfiber cloth. All in all I’m happy with this protector, and the rear temp control screen is a bonus. Review: Great screen protector for your vehicle - Ordered this for my 2017 GMC Sierra. This is a tempered glass screen protector like the ones that they make for cell phones. The item comes well protected in a case and it also comes with all the accessories needed. The suction cup works really well and helps you get a smooth install. The first thing I did was clean my screen. I did not use the alcohol wipe included as I like the screen cleaner that I use on my PC & TVs. After ensuring that the screen was smudge free, I used the suction cup and placed in one of the corners. I messed up on the initial install and had to remove it. Be careful as the other side contains adhesive and it will stick to the screen, you will have to slowly remove it so you do not crack it. After re-positioning and getting it installed right, I pressed the whole screen on and used my fingers to remove any air bubbles. There is a small gap from the protector to the screen, it does not cover the entire screen. The gap is minimal and does not bother me, 98% of the screen is protected. I did not lose sensitivity on my screen and it reacts the same as it did without the protector. The screen is reflective so it helps make the screen look a lot brighter, it repels dust and finger prints so my screen stays cleaner for a longer period of time as well. I highly recommend this protector for your vehicle. Ensure that you take your time during the prep work so that you don't make any mistakes and you get a clean install. ## Features - Tempered Glass Screen Protector: Made of 9H hardness tempered glass for scratch resistance and durability. - Oil Rubbed Finish: Smooth oil rubbed finish provides a sleek and polished look. - Waterproof Design: Withstands water, dust, and dirt for reliable protection. - Compatible Devices: Fits 2016-2023 Volvo XC40, XC60, XC90, V90, V60, S90, S60 models. - 8.7 Inch Screen: Protects the large 8.7 inch Sensus touchscreen. - Easy Installation: Cleverly designed to adhere to the screen and install in minutes. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B076DC9HCH | | Best Sellers Rank | #38 in GPS Screen Protector Foils | | Brand | LFOTPP | | Brand Name | LFOTPP | | Clarity | 9 | | Color | Glass 8.7 Inch | | Compatible Devices | 2016-2025 volvo XC40 XC60 XC90 V90 V60 S90 S60 | | Compatible Phone Models | Volvo (2021-2025), XC40(2021-2025), XC60(2021-2025), S60(2018-2025), S90(2017-2025),V60(2019-2025) V90(2019-2025) Compatible Phone Models Volvo (2021-2025), XC40(2021-2025), XC60(2021-2025), S60(2018-2025), S90(2017-2025),V60(2019-2025) V90(2019-2025) See more | | Customer Package Type | Volvo (2021-2025), XC40(2021-2025), XC60(2021-2025), S60(2018-2025), S90(2017-2025),V60(2019-2025) V90(2019-2025) | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 1,959 Reviews | | Finish Type | Glossy | | Included Components | Volvo XC90(2021-2025), XC40(2021-2025), XC60(2021-2025), S60(2018-2025), S90(2017-2025),V60(2019-2025) V90(2019-2025) | | Item Dimensions L x W | 9.6"L x 4.4"W | | Item Hardness | 9H | | Manufacturer | LiFan | | Material | Tempered Glass | | Model Name | Volvo XC90(2021-2024), XC40(2021-2024), XC60(2021-2024), S60(2018-2024),V60(2019-2024) V90(2019-2024) | | Model Number | US01CMVOL87T | | Number of Items | 2 | | Part Number | US01CMVOL87T | | Product Dimensions | 9.6"L x 4.4"W | | Screen Size | 8.7 inches | | Screen Surface Description | Glossy | | Special Features | Scratch Resistant | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 365 Days | | Water Resistance Level | Waterproof | ## Product Details - **Brand:** LFOTPP - **Compatible Devices:** 2016-2025 volvo XC40 XC60 XC90 V90 V60 S90 S60 - **Finish Type:** Oil Rubbed - **Item Hardness:** 9H - **Material:** Tempered Glass - **Product Dimensions:** 8.7"L x 8.7"W - **Special Feature:** Scratch Resistant - **Unit Count:** 1.0 Count - **Water Resistance Level:** Waterproof ## Images ![Car Screen Protector for Volvo Accessories 2016-2025 XC90/XC60/XC40/S90/S60/V90/V60 8.7 inch + AC Climate Control Touch Screen Mil-Grade 9H+ Tempered Glass HD [No More Glare& Fingerprint] 2-Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Ocqir0hGL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Set** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this work on 2020 Volvo XC60 ?** A: I own a Volvo V60, 2020.
