I love that this ice machine isn’t big and clunky. I carried it easily. We had two cups of ice in less than an hour. I’m super impressed so far!

This ice machine works great for making pellet ice. I wish the container held more, but we just empty it and keep going. It makes the perfect pellet ice chips.

Had this machine 1year 3 months and it doesn’t work! It doesn’t make ice, makes a grinding & squealing noise when on. Always used filtered water & kept up with maintenance. Unable to contact seller. Will update

Only giving a stare because its required. I've got 2 of these since christmas 2024. 1 i bought the second a replacement Both start making strange noises and then burn up. Company will not respond to emails and no phone number.
