An Easy do it yourslf way for better gas milage
Pretty easy to install, but you need to be careful with the screws. If they fall into the engine compartment, they are unreachable.

Fits
2013 CTS fit fine and improved performance. The previous filter wasn't filthy but changing helped a lot anyway. The mass flow sensor won't work properly if not enough air is pulled through it. Engine performance boost but also seems to have corrected the radiator fan that was spinning at high speed. The sensor may have thought it was hotter than it was.
