Nintendo DS Lite Handheld Console (White)

Firstly this machine feels like it should cost twice as much as it does - Nintendo have really pushed the boat out with two gorgeous backlight screens and stereo speakers that give the games justice. Playing any DS game on it is a pleasure and since it's so light only the daintiest will have problems playing games such as Metroid Hunters which need one hand free for the stylus.Secondly the DS enjoys some of the most innovative titles out there. I say titles as not all can be called games - I'm talking about Brain Training (proven to improve memory and logic), Electroplankton (a unique 'musical instrument') and Animal Crossing (community based trading) which have bags of replayability and charm!My only niggle is that if you plan to play GBA games you will find that the cart will stick out of the bottom rather awkwardly which ruins the sleek lines of the unit - luckily the DS has so many good games it's unlikely you'll want to play old GBA games anyway!To sum up: If you want a classy handheld console with oodles of great games for a small price then buy a DS Lite today - You'll thank yourself for it!

It’s exactly like they used to be! It works and volume and buttons work. It’s in really good condition! It’s a blast from the past The pen was a bit stuck when I first removed it but once I really, pulled it out it now slides in and out as it should. Other wise I can’t complain at all! Thanks so much

I ordered this as a present for my boyfriend and he loves it! The delivery was very fast which was great as the present came in time before we went on holiday so he used it on the plane ride. The product also came with six styluses, some screen protectors, and the charger. The DS itself had the gameboy cover slot at the bottom and had no scratches and was in great condition. However, the mic doesn’t work which is why I am only giving it 4 stars. Other than that, the product itself works great and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. Good purchase overall.

Came packaged well and almost spotless, couple scuffs but that's just age related. Only thing I can think of downside is the power charger on the ds is bent a little upwards, don't know of that's what it's suppose to looks like but it still charges as it should so everything is good.

Beware - purchased via Amazon trusting the market place and was sold a fake by online accessories. Money given back when item returned. Check Which and BBC on line reports on how to spot fake and don't assume everything on here is the real deal. There are concerns around chargers over heating and catching fire I'm keen to prevent this. Contacted trading standards and amazon both are investigating - don't hold your breath. To spot fake - has separate box for charger and console, limited instructions, no CE mark, poor packaging - dull finish, buttons stick, screws holding console together are normal screws and not triangular heads. The market is flooded with cheap fakes that are dangerous (fire risk) and often the same price or more than the genuine ones.

Eventually it got taken away, I looked after it best I could.
