These insoles were first recommended to me following an Achilles and heel injury. I have used them since with excellent results. They are supportive without being too hard for my feet. The fit has always been great for me, but I can't reslly speak to the trimming ease of the product because they are a simple drop-in as manufactured for my US size 13 shoes. Are they expensive? Yes. However, I have found them durable and well-suited to my particular needs, thus making them worth the investment. Before committing to a first purchase, you might consider trying them on at your local running store or in the shoe department of a sporting goods store near you.

I used these for a pair of hiking boots. Felt great from the start. I’ve not done enough miles to determine longevity, but comfort is great feeling more like running shoes. Big upgrade from factory inserts. Fit was perfect for a size 10, exactly the same size as the OEM. It’s thicker than the original but not enough to cause any issues. Just got a set for a set of sneakers and see a significant improvement. They’re expensive, but with feet without a lot of padding, it’s worth the money for me. No more sore feet.

They are well-made, but just don’t work for me.. I need a firmer or harder arch support.

It has good arch support, and the fit is good. I only use it on my running shoes and other sneakers. It works good and helps a bit with my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend it. If you have a wide foot this might not work for you. Hope this helps

I started with their lowest arch support but with lots of cushion and it was great for a few weeks. I was about to leave on a two-week trip through the Balkans which would include lots of walking and much of it on old uneven cobblestone and of course the European uneven stairs. I felt like I might need a bit more arch support and so I purchased it through Amazon because it would arrive before I left for my trip. They worked GREAT! Yes, my feet and the rest me was tired at the end of the day, BUT I had no arch issues, my tendon through my inner foot was happy and I didn't even get any blisters! I will be buying another pair to see if I can eek out some more miles on some older walking shoes.

I recently added running 5km to my daily workouts 4 days a week, and I noticed I was landing on my feet weird which strained the muscles and ligaments and caused pain in my ankles and shins everytime I went over 3.5mph... after figuring out my problem was Overpronation, these were recommended to me and I figured they were worth a try to see if they helped, they did my first run with them on, I took about 7 minutes off my 5km time because I wasn't constantly stopping because of the pain. 2 weeks of using them and I've cut my total 5km time down by 11 minutes, and have had zero pain in my ankles and shins!

I ordered side of these for my hiking shoes and my pickleball shoes. I have weak arches and my feet always push my shoes inward. The arch support from these insoles kept my feet aligned and my shoes in great shape. Love them!

A bit of improvement in comfort from the insoles that came with my hiking boots. Not as much cushioning as I would like but they don't rub or pinch anywhere either, so that's good I guess.

in some shoes you don't want a thick cushioning insole or it'll make the upper of the shorle fit too tightly. And if you've plantar fasciitis a soft spongy insole won't give you the support you need these are slim and soft enough to be comfy while giving good support - at least for my flat feet.
