Great PC for the money but I had problems with the included peripherals.
I bought this refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 to replace an old laptop I was using that could not be upgraded to Windows 11. The PC itself is great! It has a small footprint and is lightning fast for what I need it for (mainly web browsing, music editing and office applications). However, some of the peripherals that came with it were not so great. So far, I have had to replace the Wifi adapter and the Display Port to HDMI adapter. I do applaud Amazon for standing by their product and crediting me back enough money that I could purchase the replacement parts at no additional cost to me.

good deal but dont count on the extras
The one i got was missing the keyboard, had a bad Bluetooth dongle, and no Wi-Fi and no display port adapter. However for what I paid I am happy. Its a good deal, and what they are suppose to give with it keyboard and such are probably the cheapest ones anyway and you would wind up replacing it. This HP mini is tiny fits anywhere, quick, and there is no preloaded "junk" on it like a new one. Customer service is no help, they just want you to return it and start over. Its a decent deal but the listing is deceitful. Buyer beware.

Faltaron los adaptadores, no incluye caddy para disco sata
El equipo parece venir bien, aunque tenia polvo dentro. Ninguno de los adaptadores que indicaban en la descripcion venia incluido en el paquete. Tampoco tiene el caddy para discos sata de 2.5, si su intencion es instalarle uno hay que buscarlo por separado (Parte HP 3TK91AA) Dias despues usandolo con cargas de trabajo bajas he visto que muchas veces se dispara el ventilador al maximo sin motivo alguno, hay algo raro

Great little PC, no complaints
Was a little nervous buying a used PC but honestly couldn't be happier. Arrived in great shape, no scratches or anything. Plugged it in and everything just worked. Runs fast, quiet, and takes up almost no space on the desk. For the price this thing is a steal. Would buy again.

Overall Ok with ignorable missing features
condition was newer than expected . Spec (Processor/RAM/SSD/OS version) are exactly as mentioned . it does not have hdmi port but they have given display port to hdmi adopter cable which is working fine. it does not have wifi but they have given wifi dongle which is older and did not support 5G wifi connection and did not work with modern wifi routers so i had to reduce the channel count in 2.4G band to make it work. it does not have bluethooth and they did not send any bluethooth dongle and i had to buy one myself even though they have mentioned in Bluetooth .it came with outdated MS office suite and VLC player . so far device is performing without any issues.

Great little PC and good value for money
Great little PC and good value for money. It has been nicely reconditioned with not even a scratch on it. We are an all Mac household, but every once in a while you run into a We are an all Mac household but every once in a while, you run into an application that only runs on a Windows PC and so this is a great low-cost solution. While it’s advertised as having Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, this is not equipped internally. Rather, two very cheaply made dongles are supplied that will use up two of the USB ports. The Wi-Fi dongle was so cheap that it ended up being unuseable and kept dropping my Wi-Fi. I had to buy a separate TP link Wi-Fi dongle on Amazon for around $25 instead. If you’re handy, you can buy the Intel WLAN card for around 30 bucks. Also on Amazon, assuming yours has the antenna already installed like mine. They don’t all come this way.

Happy with this purchase
Received it in perfect condition, not a scratches and clean. I was worried about the WIFI and BT thankfully the one I got came with the internal Intel WIFI+BT card, The included display port - hdmi adapter works perfectly. I only needed to get one more for my bottom screen. Appreciate the clean Win11 set up without any additional stuff. I was surprised that it included a keyboard/mouse.
