She was amazed it was a USB speakerphone, since the ones we have at the office ( Jabra Speak 410 USB Speakerphone for Skype and other VoIP calls (U.S. Retail Packaging)) that we use for Google Meet are much larger -- nearly twice the diameter.Minus: Sound quality is not as good as the aforementioned Jabra that we have dozens of where I work. I expected it not to be as loud -- it's a smaller speaker, so that's reasonable -- but the echo cancellation hardware still isn't quite as good. I'm not sure if that's due to an inferior chipset or a lack of multiple microphones located on different sides, or what.If you get one that has an obvious echo, as if you were just using your laptop's built in speakers and microphone, it's defective. The first one I received was defective and had a horrible echo, but the seller offered to send a replacement immediately.
