We upgraded the seat to a more comfortable one, the inner tubes were upgraded as well( they got a flat after 2 weeks of everyday use),and also added some phone accessories. My 14 yo son uses this to get to and from school and his friends house. He loves it & gets lots of compliments. Bolts were sticking out of the box. Looked like the box was thrown around. Some of the threads to the bolts for the wheels were smashed up. I had to re thread them to actually work correctly.
