I’ve been dealing with lower back pain and muscle tension, and this support belt has honestly helped me so much. It feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to wear during the day without feeling too bulky. The compression gives really good support to my lower back and helps me feel more stable when sitting or moving around. The material feels strong and well made, and it stays in place better than others I’ve tried. I also like that it’s adjustable and easy to put on by myself. Definitely worth it if you need extra back support or relief from daily pain. Highly recommend

I've never used or bought a back support belt before. I had no idea which one to buy. I looked through many reviews on Amazon before deciding upon this one and I'm happy with my purchase. I like it for these reasons: 1. It is adjustable and fits me very well. I really like that there is a double layer of adjustable straps, that really helps me find the fit that feels "just right" for me. I ordered a size small and it's perfect for me. I'm 5'7", 133 pounds, with a 31" waist. I included pictures because I always find them helpful and to show that the belt isn't noticeable under clothing, it's even fine under the t-shirt (which is fitted). The dress I'm wearing in the picture is also a small and the belt fit fine underneath. I had thought about buying the Mueller 255 belt because it was a little cheaper but I felt concerned that I might not get as accurate of a fit since the waist range was so much larger. The reviews were also slightly less positive. I'm glad I went with this one instead. 2. The adjustable lumbar pad really makes a difference for me. I tried the belt on without it and my back pain was still noticeable. But with the lumbar pad and adjusting the belt, my back feels so much better! The relief from the pain is well worth the purchase. 3. The belt is well made and very supportive. The structure is just firm enough to offer strong core support without being restrictive. My plan is to wear this belt occasionally, while walking and driving. I tend to have the most problems while driving. I wore it while on a long walk today and it did get warm/a little sweaty. Not super uncomfortable or surprising considering the weather and distance, but something that may be a bigger issue for some. It does not bother me much. The support is more important to me. Another consideration is that it's possible to move and bend with the brace (especially depending upon how tight you adjust it), but if that's the main purpose there might be other options that are more flexible (but may offer less support, I'm not sure). Other items from Amazon that I bought to help my back: * Cushion supports for my car seat (which have helped a lot). One is a wedge shaped cushion to sit on (my seat is slanted oddly and I wanted it to be more even so the wedge cushion made by Clever Yellow works well, and is available on Amazon). The other is a cushion to support my lumbar region, also available on Amazon: "Memory Foam Back Support Cushion - Designed for Back Pain Relief - Lumbar Pillow With Premium Adjustable Strap - Hypoallergenic Ventilative Mesh - Alleviates Lower Back Pain made by Xtreme Comforts." I liked it because it has a convex (rather than concave) shape... most lumbar support cushions seem to be concave and that tends to irritate my back. It was one of the only convex cushions and I love it! It's taller than most, very thick, has a removable cover, and really supports the length of my back. It does push me forward a bit, which I like in my car (I just put my seat back), but that may not be comfortable on a traditional, rolling office chair. I'm going to review both of the cushions on their pages as well. I tried another lumbar cushion by NurtureSoft but it was more concave shaped than I thought it would be and didn't work for me. * The book Freedom from Pain by Peter Levine. I can't write much about this one yet, as I just received it today, but I'm looking forward to reading it. I've been doing Trauma/Tension Release Exercises (TRE) multiple times a day and they have really really helped me (along with gradually increasing the distance of my walks), so I'm optimistic about learning about other exercises in the book! * Also planning on buying insoles and new shoes, as well as do Network Spinal Analysis at the chiropractor (a very gentle approach ... traditional chiropractor tends to trigger my body and make the bracing worse). I'm hoping the chiropractor might be able to suggest insoles/shoes and posture-correction apparel as well. A month ago I was unable to move because of my back pain. It's gotten much better and I have Faith it will continue to do so! Grateful for these supportive products to help me function better along the way!! It gave really good support and I liked the adjustability of it. I'd say it runs a bit big as I'm in-between a small and medium, I ordered the small and liked the fit. I like a snug to extra-snug fit. I liked the quality too. The fit wasnt bad but the other brand fit my short waist better. Though I liked the pink, purple would've been a nice option.

Well-made belt with enough length in the back portion to provide relief of lower back pain. I have a 32 inch waist and ordered a small and it fits as expected. The extra lumbar support pad is adjustable in terms of horizontal placement on the belt, and I find this pad adds to my back comfort. The custom support straps allow adjusting the fit of the belt - I wanted the belt a bit tighter so used these velcro straps to adjust the fit. The velcro fasteners are really a strong 'grab' so that once the belt is adjusted it is not going to slip out of position. I don't think that this belt would be comfortable under most clothing unless the clothing was a very lose fit since the belt has some bulk to it. Overall, this belt helped relieve my sciatica pain which is what I was hoping for.

The Sparthos Back Brace for Lower Back Pain was exactly what I needed. I recently began experiencing intense discomfort in my lower back and reached for my old brace, only to find that its hook‑and‑loop fastener had finally worn out after years of reliable use. A quick Amazon search recommended this model, and the price—plus next‑day delivery—made it an easy choice. Relief came immediately after putting it on. The included pad works well for lower‑middle back pain, though I found it less helpful when the discomfort was off to the side. Since the pad is removable, that wasn’t an issue. I also noticed that when the pad is in place, it can interfere with my belt if I’m wearing the brace over my trousers. The sizing looked unusual compared to similar products, but the chart was accurate, and the fit is excellent. The fabric breathes better than my old brace, making it cooler and more comfortable. It also helps pull in my stomach a bit and improves my posture. It’s not too heavy, and the adjustment straps make it easy to get either a snug or gently supportive fit.

5 stars for a few days as it worked immediately and all day. I have a herniated lower disc and 3 in total that a very thin from a lifetime of carrying heavy objects and minor accidents . The pain was overwhelming around the discs and I was loosing feeling in one leg. After wearing this the pain became a dull ache and no lost feeling in my leg. A couple of points however , since I wear it over my shirt (otherwise it sticks to my skin and quickly causes an open wound) their obnoxious branding sticks out like a headlight when at best I would prefer it hidden or at least muted. The second point I followed their measurement and have maxed out the stretch when I would have prefered just a bit more andmost likely over time this will get worse. So I would have ordered the next size smaller and gotten more out of this. Update a few days later. I no longer wear the belt. After two days it no longer worked and my skin was getting pinched and very irritated. I switched to dedicated stretches for herniated discs and they seemed to work better . Thank goodness for the internet. After the stretches I could literally feel the area below my discs whereas the brace just sort of numbed everything around and below.

I have had this brace for a year and it takes me from walking with a cane to walking like a normal person. I have spinal stenosis, spinal osteoarthritis and bone spurs. It's sturdy, it's thick, great stretchiness and it stays in place. It is a bit bulky but I think it has to be to give the support needed. Because of the way it's made you can get the exact fit you want. I wear mine snug because it gives me the best support. The only con is that the Velcro is so strong you have to pull hard to get it undone. I have a physical job and this is an absolute game changer but I also wear it around the house, to go shopping, gardening, etc. I wear it at least 8 to 10 hours a day and my back feels great. It also feels great to take it off at the end of the day. I typically won't have back pain until I wake up the next morning and I put it right back on. This has been a game changer for me.

I have been looking for a belt that would support my back while riding my motorcycle. I was worried about how bulky the belt would be and the fit of the belt. I took a 190 mile ride and getting on and off the bike, the belt remains in place and supports my lower back. If you are looking for a good belt for back support, try this one.
